Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services team member to keep our travel center clean and welcoming. You will maintain store cleanliness, clean showers and restrooms, and handle towels and waste with a focus on guest satisfaction.

This role supports the guest experience with well-maintained facilities and requires physical work, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
