Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Facility Services role at our travel centers. You will maintain the store's cleanliness, clean showers and restrooms, and handle towels for showers while keeping facilities in top condition.

Work requires lifting up to 50 pounds, being a team player, and flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience is valued; we offer weekly pay and benefits to eligible teammates.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk much of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
