Job summary

Pilot Company in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Facilities Associate to maintain the store’s cleanliness and guest-facing facilities. You will clean showers, restrooms, and towels, perform light repairs, and collect trash while delivering excellent guest service.

Front-line team members are expected to be self-motivated, team-oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in similar position.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
