Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a dependable Facility Services team member to maintain the store’s cleanliness, assist guests, and support the travel center operations. You will clean showers, restrooms, and assist with towels, trash, and general upkeep to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Willing to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
