Job summary

The role involves constructing and modifying wood structures, reading blueprints, and using a range of power and hand tools. Work includes diverse environments from offices to medical areas, with a 6am–2:30pm MST schedule and a requirement to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry tasks with ability to construct, repair, and modify wood structures.
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches and work orders to guide repairs and installations.
• Proficient in using power and hand tools and maintaining them in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks to maintain, repair, or complete minor project work across offices, shops, and medical areas.
• Construct, install, repair, and modify wood structures with close tolerance and durability.
• Prepare underlayment and install flooring, walls, ceilings, and related finishes; repair and replace tiles and trim.
