CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Carpenter to maintain and improve the integrity, functionality, and aesthetics of multiple facilities in the Memphis region. You will perform carpentry, finish work, and structural maintenance, ensuring safety and client standards.

This role requires problem-solving, effective client interaction, and the ability to lead or collaborate on complex renovation projects across healthcare facilities and other environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, with up to 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret technical specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; capable of independent work.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain building systems, including carpentry, drywall, flooring, and painting.
• Read blueprints, specs, and drawings to meet CBRE standards and codes.
• Perform repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance across facilities.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to complete projects on time.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and quality documentation.
• Order materials, track progress, and update work orders as needed.
