Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent; up to 2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift 50 lbs+.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operation, repair, and maintenance of building structure and grounds.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance; complete maintenance records.
• Estimate time, materials, equipment for repairs; order materials as needed.
• Review drawings, specifications, and maintenance logs; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ensure tools/equipment are cleaned and stored; maintain safety.
• Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
