Job summary

Casa Health Care is seeking an experienced Carpenter to support maintenance and repair needs across our healthcare campuses. This role helps ensure our buildings remain safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff.

You will complete carpentry repairs and installations, assist with general maintenance, respond to work orders, and uphold safety standards and Casa Health Care guidelines. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with maintenance leadership and grow

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry or facility maintenance required.
• Knowledge of building codes and safe work practices.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent (trade certification a plus).
