Job summary

Brooke Knoll Village in Avon, IN is seeking a Facility Bus Driver to coordinate the movement of residents and goods, ensuring safe, timely transport and compliance with policies. The role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with a preference for CNA knowledge and experience with vans or small buses.

You will maintain vehicle maintenance, complete required paperwork, and communicate with Social Services and Nursing leadership about appointments and changes, while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Valid driver license required.
• Excellent driving record required.
• Experience driving large vehicles (van/small bus) preferred.
• Knowledge of passenger safety laws preferred.
• CNA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive vehicle maintenance.
• Complete all appropriate paperwork on time.
• Keep open communications with Social Service regarding appointments and changes.
• Maintain residence safety during transport according to policy.
• Communicate any medical information to Nursing leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned when time allows.

About the Role: Brooke Knoll Village

is seeking a Facility Bus Driver-

• To maintain preventive vehicle maintenance
• To complete all appropriate paperwork on a timely basis
• To keep open communications with Social Service regarding scheduled appointments and scheduled changes.
• To maintain residence safety according to company policy during transport.
• To communicate any medical information obtained during resident’s appointment to Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing and/or charge nurse.
• To complete other necessary duties as assigned as time allows

About you:

• High School Diploma.
• Must possess a valid driver license.
• Must have an excellent driving record.
• Experience preferred with driving large vehicles, such as vans or small buses.
• Knowledge of laws regarding passenger safety.
• CNA highly preferred
