Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services seeks an experienced leader to support adult facility-based crisis units, with possible child unit coverage. You will oversee budgeting, interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluations, while driving staff training, safety, and quality improvements across centers.

You will mentor FBC Center Directors, analyze data on budget compliance, admissions, follow-up rates and patient satisfaction, and ensure 24/7 operations meet service demand with strong clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or license-eligible field.
• Minimum three years of clinical practice.
• Administrative supervisory history of at least two years.
• Ability to balance clinical care with business and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations across centers.
• Oversee budgeting, interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluations.
• Provide staff training on quality documentation and safety practices.
• Collaborate with center directors to maintain adequate staffing and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs including admissions, follow-ups, authorization and patient satisfaction.
