Facility Attendant, Sports Core

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Join our innovative team of well-being gurus and help our guests find a balanced, community-based approach to health.

As a Facility Attendant you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting and interacting with members and guests by answering questions and giving tours
• Conducting facility checks frequently during scheduled work hours
• Ensuring members and guests are following posted rules as well as general rules regarding safe and acceptable conduct
• Maintaining a neat and clean facility via frequent checks of locker rooms, washrooms, pool areas, upper level lobby areas and outside areas
• Assisting staff members by filling in during break periods, helping with laundry, assisting with boat rentals, ball machine rentals, etc.
• Monitoring tennis and racquetball usage in accordance with front desk reservations
• Checking pool chemicals as scheduled and assisting in the maintenance of the pools, sauna, and whirlpools
• Assisting other staff members with special events or other duties as requested

This is a part-time position, and shifts will vary anywhere between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm and include weekends.

Skills/Requirements

• Previous custodial or customer service skills a plus
• The ability to walk or stand the majority of each shift is required
• Attention to detail
• Be able to work independently, completing tasks thoroughly and think on your feet.
• Must be at least 18 years old

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $12.45. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
