Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Three months experience in facility attendant or similar role.
• CPR/AED current or obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patrons in English to support safe, efficient operations.
• Greet guests and provide information on activities and department details.
• Oversee assigned facility to ensure a positive experience.
• Enforce rules for safety and welfare of staff and participants.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and conduct basic repairs or coordinate with contractors.
• Operate facility software, process admissions, balance cash, deposits, and receipts.
• Manage reservations and schedules; maintain accurate records.
• Open/close facility and ensure security after hours; supervise staff.
