Starting Hourly Rate: $22.45 USD per hour

Role in a Supply Chain Facility:

Being on the front lines of delivering products swiftly to guests, your role supports our critical logistics functions. You will collaborate across the enterprise to support the business, impacting thousands of team members and guests worldwide.

Facility Attendant 1 Responsibilities:

• Support Maintenance Technicians with mechanical maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Act as a Qualified Electrical Assistant for electrical safety.
• Assist in installation/removal of equipment and evaluate facility upkeep needs.
• Manage battery maintenance for Powered Industrial Trucks.
• Maintain printers, operate hand and power tools, and construct or repair assets.
• Perform plumbing, painting, drywall, and concrete repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and keep related records.
• Maintain building grounds, operate snow removal equipment, and drive company vehicles as needed.
• Complete paperwork, utilize mobile devices for work orders, and follow safety procedures including PPE usage.
• [F&B Only:] Execute sanitation and maintenance standards supporting industrial ammonia refrigeration.

Core responsibilities may evolve with business needs.

Physical Demands:

• Lift and carry merchandise up to 47 lbs regularly, and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Move frequently within the site, working in various temperature environments, including cold conditions.
• Work in conditions with small spaces, dust, fumes, noise, vibration, and uneven surfaces.
• Access all areas, including mezzanines and conveyor crossovers.
• Have manual dexterity and coordination for operating equipment and tools.

About you:

• Possess or can obtain a valid driver’s license.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• [F&B Only:] Comfortable in temperature-controlled environments.
• Effective communication and basic math skills.
• Certified to operate power equipment and use maintenance tools.
• Able to read labels and instructions, work with minimal supervision, and self-motivate.
