Job Title: Facility Attendant

Salary Range: $19,094.00 - $22,880.00 per hour

Job Description

This is a part-time position. The responsibilities include:

• Providing custodial services in assigned spaces such as offices, laboratories, clinics, and restrooms.
• Performing tasks like dusting, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping, restocking supplies, cleaning breakrooms/kitchens, shampooing carpets, trash removal, waxing floors, cleaning windows, and disinfecting areas.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors or Facilities leadership.

Requirements

• GED or high school diploma; minimum one year of experience if no degree.
• At least one year of commercial housekeeping experience.
• Ability to read labels, signs, office memos, and communicate in English.
• Experience with commercial custodial equipment and products.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, PC usage, and basic computer skills.
• Strong self-time management and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
