Responsibilities

• Maintains a regular cleaning and sanitizing schedule for the store including tables, bathrooms, floors, etc. according to a set route.
• Maintains a regular cleaning and sanitizing schedule for all store restrooms.
• Assists general Facilities priorities by completing projects around the store.
• Promptly responds to and cleans urgent spills or hazards that may be dangerous to customers and staff.

Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery is a showcase for local farmers and food artisans. Our Facilities Assistant Manager works to promote the overall cleanliness, sanitation, safety and welcoming environment across Swamp's campus and various buildings. The Facilities Assistant Manager leads a team of custodial type staff responsible for the upkeep of cleanliness standards.
