Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery is a community-minded market focused on local food and artisans. We are seeking a Facilities Assistant Manager to lead custodial staff and drive cleanliness, safety and a welcoming environment across Swamp's campus.

You will maintain daily cleaning schedules, respond to spills, and support broader facilities priorities while working with a team and reporting to leadership. The role values reliability, attention to detail, and a passion for great customer experiences.

Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery is a showcase for local farmers and food artisans. Our Facilities Assistant Manager works to promote the overall cleanliness, sanitation, safety and welcoming environment across Swamp’s campus and various buildings. The Facilities Assistant Manager leads a team of custodial type staff responsible for the upkeep of cleanliness standards.

Requirements

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Maintains a regular cleaning and sanitizing schedule for the store including, tables, bathrooms, floors, etc. according to a set route
• Maintains a regular cleaning and sanitizing schedule for all store restrooms
• Assists general Facilities priorities by completing projects around the store
• Promptly responds to and cleans urgent spills or hazards that may be dangerous to customers and staff

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS?

AGE/AVAILABILITY

• Must be 16 years or older
• Must be available on the weekends
