Job summary

Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA is seeking an Associate Project Manager to tightly scope, design, and execute complex construction projects for the resort, with emphasis on budget, schedule, safety, and quality.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage safety plans, develop implementation strategies, monitor EFCs, and report to the Manager of Programs. Relevant hospitality/construction experience is required and a proven ability to drive results.

Qualifications

• Four-year BA/BS in project/construction management or related field with 2+ years of hands-on project experience.
• Experience managing projects over $4M annually.
• Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and change management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to present to management.
• Experience with Windows, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to work with all levels.
• Hospitality/construction background; theme park experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, planning, execution, and closeout of projects with focus on budget and schedule.
• Develop project implementation strategy and schedule with support; obtain funding approvals.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to deliver projects within scope, time, and cost constraints.
• Ensure safety plans and regulatory compliance for all projects.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage client expectations.
