Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Riverton, UT is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to oversee renovations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of our houses, apartments and office spaces. You will manage projects, procure equipment, and ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience in two trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry or painting), a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two to three years’ work experience in facilities maintenance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovations, repairs, preventive maintenance and construction projects for Collage’s houses, apartments and office spaces as assigned.
• Directly performs routine maintenance and repair work as needed.
• Oversees procurement process and upkeep of equipment and supplies.
• Travel up to 20% of the time spent in this position.

We are searching for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to work in our residential program located in Riverton, UT. This position is responsible for overseeing all renovations, repairs, preventive maintenance and construction projects for Collage’s houses, apartments and office spaces as assigned. This role holds responsibility for the overall condition and maintenance of the company’s buildings and grounds; and oversees the procurement process and upkeep of necessary equipment and supplies. This position directly performs routine maintenance, repair work and other related tasks as needed.

Duties:

• Work experience and advanced training in at least two of the following trades: plumbing, electric, carpentry and painting
• Occasionally required to sit; frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, stand and walk
• Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple priorities and deadlines
• Must have the ability to travel and/or operate a vehicle for up to 20% of the time spent working in this position.
