Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional for the 3rd shift in Riverton, UT. The role provides assistance with daily living tasks, therapies, and transportation for adults with brain injuries in our residential programs.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, being 18+, and a valid driver’s license. You must be comfortable supporting medically complex and behaviorally challenging clients, with weekend availability a must.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ daily living skills, recreation, and vocational activities.
• Assist with personal care, therapies, and transporting clients to appointments and activities.
• Work with medically complex and behaviorally challenged clients as part of a residential program.

For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18 per hour

Shift: 11pm-7am

*Must have availability to work a consistent weekend day
