Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a self-directed technician to serve as the operational backbone for a state-of-the-art cleanroom facility in California. The role requires 2+ years in cleanroom/semiconductor facilities and experience handling process chemicals or AWN systems, with the ability to work in tight spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.

The position involves preventive maintenance on HVAC, chillers, RO water, and bulk gas systems; inventory control for chemicals and hazardous waste; and reading

Qualifications

• 2+ years cleanroom/semiconductor/microelectronics facilities experience.
• 1+ year handling process chemicals, gases, or AWN systems.
• Comfort with rooftop access, tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, CMMS ticketing systems, and standard MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance and rapid repairs on HVAC, chillers, RO water, and bulk gas systems.
• Safely manage chemical inventory, gas lines, hazardous waste streams, and AWN systems.
• Read schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
• Work alongside specialized wafer fab tools to ensure maximum uptime.
