Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Facility & Administrative Services Manager in Coleman, OK to lead administrative and clerical support for an organizational unit. The role requires presenting a professional image in person and over the phone while ensuring service quality.

Responsibilities include managing administrative staff, budgeting, and data management; promoting safety and environmental policies across work environments, and ensuring timely delivery of information to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of equivalent administrative experience.
  • Experience managing administrative employees and scale operators.
  • Experience with budget and cost tracking and purchase orders.
  • Commitment to health, safety and environmental policies.

About the Role

This position is responsible for the management of administrative and clerical support services to an organizational unit. Projects a professional company image through in person and phone interaction.

What You'll Accomplish
  • Ensures that all work within scope of responsibility is conducted in compliance with all administrative polices and procedures.
  • Manages aggregate division administrative employees and Scale Operators.
  • Ensures proper GR/Accounting protocols are following for all purchase orders for the aggregate division.
  • Responsible for budget and cost tracking, quotes for vendors, setting up purchase orders.
  • Provides excellent customer service to employees, external customers, vendors and visitors.
  • Exceeds both internal and external customers' expectations of service.
  • Ensures quality control of work by developing clear, error-free documents to achieve a credible and professional presence in all written and electronic communication.
  • Prioritizes work to ensure that Manager is provided all relevant business information with accuracy and timeliness to be able to positively impact the business.
  • Maintains records and management systems.
  • Assembles relevant data and compiles information as directed to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelors degree or 5 -7 years of equivalent experience

Additional Requirements
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
