Job summary

Collectors in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Workplace Supervisor to lead our PSA location's facilities and operations. You will manage the Workplace team, hire and develop staff, and coordinate custodial and vendor activities to ensure a safe, efficient environment for staff and clients.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Workplace and work onsite five days a week. The role emphasizes vendor management, preventive maintenance, and cross‑department collaboration to support growth and culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years in Corporate Workplace and 1+ year in Operations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Workplace and Facilities operations for the PSA location in Jersey City, NJ.
• Lead the development of the local Workplace team, including hiring, training, coaching, and career development.
• Coordinate and schedule the custodial team; develop team schedules and SOPs.
• Own Workplace vendor management and admin responsibilities; processing contracts, onboarding vendors, coordinating insurance, vendor relationships & performance.
• Develop a preventative maintenance program ensuring reliable operability and a best-in-class facility.
• Oversee administrative functions: mail, food&beverage, copiers, office supplies, employee services.
• Serve as the onsite contact for candidates, colleagues, and visitors.
• Contribute to projects to improve facility and employee health & safety.
• Oversee and manage facilities equipment vendors.
• Liaise between Workplace and other departments; collaborate with Ops leadership.
• Manage internal customer tickets and requests with timely responses.
