Responsibilities

• Conduct routine floor walks and workplace inspections across assigned locations.
• Identify and report facility, cleanliness, safety, and presentation concerns.
• Respond to on-demand workplace and facility support requests.
• Maintain customer relations with associates, vendors, building management, and internal partners.
• Follow site protocols, dress code requirements, and etiquette standards.
• Support daily workplace readiness and associate experience.
• Provide basic reporting, photos, and status updates.
• Participate in daily communications and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Create, update, monitor, and close work orders for workplace requests.
• Document issues with descriptions, locations, and escalation notes.
• Coordinate with janitorial, engineering, and approved vendors for timely resolutions.
• Refresh lounge spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas; reset layouts and restock supplies.
• Wipe down surfaces and remove fingerprints; refresh lounge furniture.
• Remove trash and restock consumables in shared spaces; monitor inventory.
• Identify and report presentation gaps; coordinate with cleaning teams.
• Support workplace events through basic setup and recovery.
• Routinely clean and disinfect restrooms; replenish consumables; perform scheduled refreshes.
