Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience within facilities or property management.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into space needs and to manage data-driven dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining positive customer relations by providing responsive and quality facility services.
• Oversee workplace and facilities contracted services, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage occupancy experience requests through a helpdesk or work ticket system, ensuring accurate data entry and coordination.
• Support the vendor selection process by managing competitive bids and conducting bid summary analyses.
• Act as a liaison between service providers and facilities management teams, facilitating effective communication.
• Prepare and manage performance dashboards and reports, including financial accruals and budget variance analyses.
• Support building life cycle projects and facilities planning, coordinating space allocations and small office moves.
