Job summary

Middletown Township Public Schools is seeking a Facilities Worker to maintain school facilities and assist with custodial duties. This 12-month position reports to the Director of Facilities and offers salary under the Teamsters Local 11 agreement.

Candidates must hold a NJ Black Seal Boiler's license (or commit to obtaining within one year), have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or minimum of three years' facilities/custodial experience.
• Must currently hold NJ Black Seal Boiler's license or willingness to obtain within one year of employment.
• Willingness to follow orders.
• Able to work as a group member or independently without continual supervision.
• Cooperative attitude with school personnel.
• Neat appearance.
• Other alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Salary Guide: $35,000 - $40,000 +$926 (night differential if applicable)
