Job summary

Southcentral KY Community & Technical College is seeking a reliable Facilities Worker II/Custodian to join the Maintenance & Operations team at Franklin-Simpson campus. You will perform cleaning, disinfecting, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe learning environment.

This on-site role offers 37.5 hours per week, a 12-month contract, and benefits. You will vacuum, mop, dust, and handle waste, reporting to the supervisor and supporting campus operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, classrooms, eating areas, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; dust furniture; clean windows; dispose of trash.
• Buff floors, strip and wax floors; perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Duties
