Job summary

DUF6-MCS LLC in Piketon, Ohio seeks a Space and Facilities Planner to ensure efficient utilization of space and assets for the DUF6 Project. Under general supervision, you will develop work control packages, coordinate outages, and schedule maintenance activities in line with safety and quality standards.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of related experience, and the ability to obtain HSPD-12 credentials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
3+ years of related experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) credential.

Responsibilities

Prepares work control and planning packages for facility services.
Coordinates scheduling of work activities during outages and normal operations.
Schedules planning and review meetings to ensure packages are ready for use when plant systems are removed.
Interfaces with planning, support, and O&M personnel to coordinate work packages.
Writes detailed work packages to control activities adhering to safety and quality standards.
Updates work packages as changes occur to plant systems or practices.
Uses MPS to maintain current and historical versions of work packages.
Provides feedback to Plant Manager to ensure resources for cost efficiency and scheduling.
Tracks and trends cost and schedule parameters for all work packages.
