Job summary

Sun Life Health in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking an experienced Facilities & Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, facility maintenance, regulatory compliance, and vendor partnerships across our network of community health centers.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage daily operations, lead teams, coordinate remodels and equipment installs, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and patient-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or higher in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Leading warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and distribution.
• Managing preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple healthcare locations.
• Coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission, fire/life safety, and other regulatory standards.
• Supervising warehouse and facilities staff while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Managing departmental budgets, contracts, and operational expenses.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
• Supporting remodels, equipment installations, facility expansions, and special projects.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment for employees and patients.
