Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time facilities technician to install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in a healthcare setting at 115 Mill Street. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read technical drawings.

Work is onsite with a 40-hour week and a rotating schedule including weekends. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years of maintenance/repair experience in facilities.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in the facility.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair utility systems and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs/upgrades.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify areas for system improvements or upgrades.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
