Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of water treatment, wastewater treatment, and air quality control systems to maintain compliance.
Supervise plant maintenance activities related to pumps, facilities, and utility infrastructure.
Coordinate with construction management to plan upgrades and expansions of utility systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and emergency response plans.
Monitor water and air quality metrics and report findings to regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
Lead, train, and mentor utility staff to ensure safety and high performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize utility usage and reduce costs.
