Job summary

Aireko Services & Installation seeks a Facilities and Utilities Supervisor to plan, manage, coordinate, and execute utilities and facilities services. Lead the service team to maintain buildings on budget while exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, scheduling, supervising HVAC/electricians, and preparing estimates. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) with a degree in mechanical engineering and 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in facilities supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English; strong written and oral communication.
• Experience with safety programs; OSHA 30 hours is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building maintenance of all utilities and facilities; develop and implement preventive maintenance program.
• Assist in planning and scheduling contracted maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise HVAC Techs, Electricians, Mechanics, and Handyman daily activities and 24/7 operations.
• Perform walk-through inspections to observe property and equipment conditions and initiate repairs.
• Prepare job estimates and quotations for additional works not in contracted scope.
• Schedule maintenance, repairs, and other services with minimal impact on customer operations.
• Prepare reports as requested by Utilities and Facilities Manager or Customer.
• Keep detailed documented log of all maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure processes align with main office: Estimates, Proposals, Booking Packages, Work Orders, Invoices, Payroll.
• Promote safety culture and ensure near misses/incidents are reported and investigated.
• Promote CARE program and customer satisfaction through excellence service and follow-up.
• Maintain company uniform code for service technicians and employees.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and service team.
• Conduct employee evaluations at least annually.
