Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in facilities or handyman work.
• Working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret facility layouts, blueprints and schematics.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.
• Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record; travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs on building systems.
• Diagnose and resolve facility issues to keep operations safe and functional.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors, escort on-site, review work and invoices.
• Track facilities work orders and inventory using internal systems.
• Monitor stock of essential supplies and replacement parts.
• Support multi-site upkeep and facility improvement projects.
