Terros Health, headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Full-Time Facilities Technician for our central Phoenix administrative office. The role covers maintenance, inspection, and repair of indoor and outdoor areas, with on-call duties and a day shift.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, minor plumbing/electrical tasks, and coordination with facilities leadership to ensure safety and compliance. Strong communication and reliability are essential in this in-office position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in commercial, institutional and/or industrial sectors.
• Healthcare setting preferred.
• Computer skills required.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license, 4 years driving experience, and driving policy.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply within 7 working days.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building interiors and exteriors.
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, drywall and ceiling tile repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Move furniture and offices as needed.
• Paint and repair building exteriors.
• Monitor janitorial standards and landscaping oversight.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Respond to on-call rotations within 30 minutes; on-site within 60 minutes.
