Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a proactive Facilities Associate to support nine local sites in Phoenix. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and coordination with contractors to keep buildings safe and efficient, while delivering excellent service to internal teams.

This on-site role requires the ability to read simple schematics, manage CMMS data, and travel daily between locations. A high school diploma and 2 years of facilities experience are required; Arizona driver’s license is a must.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on facilities maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic schematics, blueprints, and layouts.
• Knowledge of facility infrastructure systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record and daily local travel between sites.
• Must be able to climb ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work on-site at multiple buildings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic repairs across nine sites.
• Coordinate upkeep for corporate facilities and coordinate with contractors.
• Utilize CMMS to create, track, update, and close work orders and document asset history.
• Monitor building supplies, assist with PO requests, and review vendor invoices.
• Deliver empathetic internal customer support regarding maintenance projects.
