Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade tools, safety, blueprints, and record-keeping; ability to communicate effectively.
• Able to work in a multi-ethnic environment; willing to travel within county and handle after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of college facilities including doors, hardware, and carpentry work.
• Complete college-wide maintenance work orders as assigned by plant operation managers.
• Coordinate with IT, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and grounds staff to maintain facilities.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call coverage as required.
• Maintain lock and key systems, issue keys, replace lost keys, and manage key records.
