Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of records.
• Identify unsafe conditions and take safety actions.
• Conduct daily floor and systems inspections.
• Keep offices and common areas clean and orderly.
• Monitor heat and hot water systems functionality.
• Direct and coordinate repairs promptly.
• Ensure quality and completeness of contractor work.
• Maintain and oversee equipment and supplies inventory.
