Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of facilities engineering experience.
• Experience in facilities engineering and/or technology transfer.
• Strong collaboration with diverse teams and proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Autodesk, and coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute technology transfer plans, ensuring integration of new facilities technologies and processes.
• Partner with Facilities, Industrial, and Planning Engineers to develop tool utility databases, templates, and utility matrices supporting technology transfer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize facility systems, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance transfer execution.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate program metrics like utility capacity and transition costs to support informed decisions.
• Develop and maintain systems and tools that improve communication, data collection, reporting, and information sharing during the transfer process.
• Provide engineering support to identify and resolve technical challenges with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
