Job summary

Georgia Power is seeking a Facilities Technology Project Manager to lead ARCHIBUS governance and drive the Facilities Technology Roadmap. You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver scalable technology solutions, dashboards, and analytics that support asset lifecycle and space optimization.

Responsibilities include leading integrations, managing budgets and vendor relations, and championing data governance and cybersecurity across facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, CS, Business, Facilities Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of project/program management, facilities technology, information systems, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), CMMS, ARCHIBUS, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of facilities operations, asset management, inventory management, and space planning concepts.
• Experience developing strategic technology roadmaps and managing multiple concurrent projects or programs.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), security systems, access control, and facility infrastructure technologies.
• Experience developing dashboards, BI reporting, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner and governance lead for ARCHIBUS and related facilities platforms.
• Develop and execute the Facilities Technology Roadmap to align with objectives.
• Establish technology standards, data management strategies, and system administration procedures.
• Lead integration efforts between ARCHIBUS and ERP/HRIS/BI platforms.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance metrics for Facilities Operations.
• Lead multiple facilities technology projects from concept through implementation and closeout.
• Manage vendor relationships, licenses, contracts, and service agreements.
• Support change management and user adoption across cross-functional teams.
