Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, CS, Business, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of project/program management, facilities technology, information systems, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms, technology implementations, and system integrations.
• Experience with IWMS/CMMS/ARCHIBUS or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of facilities operations, asset and inventory management, and space planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the governance lead for ARCHIBUS and related Facilities Technology platforms.
• Develop and execute the Facilities Technology Roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Establish tech standards, governance, data management, and system admin procedures.
• Lead technology investments and multi-year roadmap strategies for Facilities.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor strategic objectives and performance.
• Collaborate across Facilities, TO, Supply Chain, Finance, Security, Real Estate, and Operations.
• Drive data-driven decision making through BI reporting and analytics.
