Job summary

Vitality Living is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to uphold the community’s appearance and safety. You will perform painting and wallcovering tasks, handle basic electrical and plumbing needs, and support residents with moving and daily operations.

Fusion of maintenance, safety, and resident-service is essential. You will work on-site, follow procedures, and participate in ongoing trainings to ensure a high quality living environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years experience painting/wallcovering in residential settings.
• Electrical and plumbing experience preferred.
• Proficient reading/writing in English and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Empty/collect trash throughout the community.
• Strip, wax, and buff floors on a scheduled basis and as needed.
• Move furniture and assist residents with moving needs as assigned.
• Assist with grounds care in summer or snow removal in winter.
• Execute work orders including minor repairs.
• Support security duties and follow safety protocols as directed.
• Attend trainings and team meetings and maintain professional appearance.
