Job summary

Catholic Community Services is seeking a Property Technician to support Saint Vincent de Paul Dining Hall and Bishop Weigand Resource Center. Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, sanitary conditions throughout the facility per safety protocols.
• Set up and break down dining area before/after meals.
• Perform general groundskeeping, snow/ice management, and basic upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Maintain inventory and communicate needs to supervisor.
• Engage volunteers in maintenance tasks and support a welcoming environment.
