Job summary

Pinnacle Living in Roanoke, VA is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for full-time, 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends. You’ll maintain repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry within our community, supporting safety and resident comfort.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in building maintenance; vocational training is a plus. Some travel or on-call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years’ experience in building and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Vo-tech or specialized training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair a wide variety of building features and systems per policy.
• Assist in preventive maintenance program and keep records.
• Support maintenance team to complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report needs to supervisor.
• Be on-call for after-hours maintenance as scheduled.
