Job summary

Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, a ministry of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Saint Louis, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and ongoing maintenance, including custodial care, to keep properties safe and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate is passionate about serving seniors in a mission-driven setting and will contribute to a safe, clean and welcoming environment across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Experienced in custodial and service fields with basic trades experience.
• Ability to understand and follow directions and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspect buildings and grounds to determine repair needs.
• Perform a wide variety of repair and maintenance work including painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry.
• Maintain equipment and keep records of work orders and inventory.
• Assist with supervising outside contractors and inspections.
