Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio in Canton, Ohio is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Repair Person to join our team. You will support upkeep of agency facilities and property, performing a wide range of repairs and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities include carpentry, painting, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, housekeeping, flooring, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance and repair.
• Able to identify mechanical/electrical problems and propose solutions.
• Able to follow directions and take exact measurements.
• Basic computer and electronics skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain agency facilities and property across functions.
• Perform repairs and maintenance across carpentry, painting, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, furnishings, HVAC.
• Housekeeping tasks including janitorial, stocking supplies, floor maintenance.
• Parking, snow removal and grounds maintenance.
