Job summary

Interface, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to support day-to-day operations at our Troup County facilities, with limited duties for other Interface sites in the Atlanta area.

This on-site role focuses on people and public spaces, and requires hands-on maintenance skills. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (technical school certificate preferred), 1–2 years in commercial carpentry, and experience in electrical, plumbing and mechanical maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate preferred.
• 1–2 years of commercial carpentry experience including metal stud framing, ceilings, drywall finishing.
• Experience with carpet tile installation preferred; license for powered industrial equipment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities functions related to people and public space.
• Plan simple layouts; run conduit, painting, etc. as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance team on joint projects.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety, comply with ISO procedures.
