Qualifications

• Requires good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
• 1–2 years commercial carpentry experience including metal stud framing, ceilings, drywall, finishing.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities functions related to people and public spaces.
• Plan simple layouts and execute construction tasks (conduit, painting) as needed.
• Perform commercial painting and assemble/modify furniture systems with electrical/data components.
• Inventory and transport furniture assets; manage physical records and storage.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance group on joint projects; ensure safety rules.
