Aleut Corporation is seeking a Facilities Technician to oversee the operation and maintenance of multiple properties in Anchorage. The role covers plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, HVAC, and other building systems, ensuring reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include inspections, urgent repairs, routine maintenance, and collaboration with property management for scheduling and preventative upkeep. A strong focus on detail, problem solving, and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Respond to repair requests in a timely manner, addressing urgent issues promptly.
• Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
• Manage minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, ensuring safety standards.
• Assist with renovations and improvements to enhance property aesthetics and functionality.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.
