Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs.
• Walk, stand, and climb stairs and ladders up to 8 hours daily.
• Work at heights when required.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
• Able to use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Able to read and use a tape measure.
• Able to use computer and various electronics.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtimes and extend building technology lifetime.
• Care for indoor and outdoor installations.
• Coordinate winter service (via external providers if needed).
• Maintain equipment (fleet, motorized devices).
• Acquire consumables and materials autonomously in compliance with laws and standards.
• Repair minor sanitary and building equipment as needed.
• Assess efficiency of repairs (in-house vs third-party).
• Assist in disaster operations.
• Monitor technical equipment (including weekends) and provide on-call support with team.
• Provide availability and support at events.
