Job summary

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtimes and extend equipment life.
Care for indoor and outdoor installations.
Coordinate winter service if needed with external providers.
Maintain equipment including fleet and motorized devices.
Procure consumables and materials autonomously following laws and standards.
Perform minor repairs of sanitary and building equipment.
Assess repair options with in-house vs third party service.
Monitor and respond to technical equipment needs; on-call as agreed.
