Qualifikationen

• Two years of general maintenance, mechanical, plumbing or electrical work preferred.
• At least one of: Montana Boiler License or EPA Certification.
• Driver's license required; clean driving record for last 36 months.
• Must meet state liability requirements for LH vehicles.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance across facilities and grounds.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, boilers, lighting, carpentry, and related systems.
• Operate and service vehicles, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and furniture relocations as required.
• Adhere to safety standards (OSHA, NFPA, EPA, ASHRE) and read blueprints/drawings.
